I heard my almost three-year-old say the following while trick-or-treating Halloween night:"Does this candy have nuts?"
"My treat bag is too heavy."
"Can I have a lollipop now?"
"Can I have a chocolate bar at home?"
And, after we'd visited maybe 10 houses on our block...
"I'm done. Take my costume off."
And when I asked her if I could have a piece of candy...
"No, Mommy. It's bad for your teeth."
