A, looking like a miniature French film starlet
We're pretty much regulars at the Park District's summer concert series. The timing (5:30-7pm), the location (less than 1 mile from our house) and the size (intimate enough that I can let my kids run free) are perfect for our family and the kids love to dance and play with their friends.

Last night was the last show of the season. We were well prepared with bug spray, water bottles filled with watermelon agua fresca and a bag of Chipotle, but not with extra underpants for A, who had a teeny accident and spent the last 30 minutes of the show catching a cool breeze under her dress.
The nude ride home. She doesn't like the way dresses bunch up under her harness.

We have totally had similar nude rides home! Thankfully, none for a few months. I'm bummed we missed the concert last night - wanted to check it out but ended up having a quiet dinner at home - our first!
Too cute!! Your kidlets are so dang sweet!
We love the free park district concerts, and the free Millenium Park concerts. It's so nice to be able to sit on the lawn, listen to music and catch up with friends.
We have similar Park District showings at Centennial Park here in town. We love them. There must have been something in the air with the "accidents" - my 3 1/2 year who normally doesn't have them had 3 yesterday, the last of which ocurred as she was getting out of (but was still in ) the pool after swim lessons. Ugh.
